Ultimate Block Build Update History

A timeline built from store dates and badge stamps.

Update History

This history is assembled from official timestamps, not from a developer blog. When a date is a badge created-at or a gamepass created-at, we say so. The game itself launched 21 December 2025 and remains released on Roblox with online public servers.

December 2025 — launch

The sandbox went live with the building loop, coin shop copy, Save Menu warning, precision tools, and the secret-quest tease. Early players learned the hard way that leaving without a save deletes the night. That lesson is still the core of Getting Started.

February 2026 — first furniture packs

Kitchenette Pack, Bed and Block Combo, and Colorful Brick Mix were created in early February. They defined the “buy a room” pattern. If your house has a recognizable kitchen or bedroom, you are living in this wave.

May 2026 — identity, quests, and dailies

May added a dense badge cluster: lucky apples, Hard but not impossible, Yellow Yapp, world-edge view, Welcome, LogoBlocks, First Save, First Daily, Last Daily, and Veteran. This is when the game grew a collector layer on top of the furniture layer. Use badges and secret quests to play that layer.

GlossyBlueBlock (UGC) sits in the same season. Mystery Block Pack’s store stamp is late May.

Late May to June 2026 — Fly Mode and rainbow grates

Fly Mode (late May) changed vertical building. Rainbow Reinforced Grate Mix (late June) added the loudest color set. Together they split the audience into “I want to move” and “I want a neon wall.” The gamepass tier list still uses that split.

August 2026 — doors and flowers

Door Pack and Flower Pack are the current end of the timeline. Details sit on latest update. They are small, useful, and typical.

What the timeline implies

The developers iterate in sets, not in combat seasons. Expect another furniture or color mix before you expect a PvE mode. Coins and saves have stayed stable, which is good for planners and boring for drama wikis.

If you are writing a review in a year, this page is the spine. If you are only here to build tonight, you can leave after the latest article.

Cross-check names on the Blocks Hub when a tracker shows a pack we do not list. We drop names that the live universe API no longer returns.

How to use history as a player

If you joined in 2026, you skipped the launch wipe stories and landed in a kit that already has kitchens, flight, and dailies. You do not need to “catch up” a battle pass. You need a save habit and one theme. Read December for context, May for badges, August for the current store mood.

If you have been here since launch, history is a reminder that the game grows sideways — more nouns, same verbs. Place, move, rotate, save. The verbs never changed, which is why old houses still load and why the save guide never went out of date. If a future drop ever adds a new verb, this timeline will start a new heading instead of stuffing it into August. Until then, expect more nouns: another room, another color, another door. Verbs stay place, move, rotate, and save. That stability is the point of the timeline.
